This hotel is a great choice for budget travelers looking to stay in a central location. It's close to everything, with a supermarket just a 5-minute walk away and a famous cathedral less than 15 minutes away on foot. the rooms are cozy and comfortable, with everything you need like a good air-conditioning system and a personal washroom. the breakfast is tasty and filling, the staff is helpful, and they even offer tours of the city.

The noise isolation isn't the best, so it's possible to hear some noise from the neighbors at times.

This guest house has a fantastic location, just a short walk away from all the major tourist sites in the old town. It is also conveniently close to shops, restaurants, and public transportation. the rooms are comfortable and come with a lovely balcony that offers superb views of the city. the staff is incredibly helpful and the owner even provides transfers from the airport. it's a great value for money with everything you need nearby.

The bathroom arrangements in some rooms can be a bit inconvenient, with no shower curtain and a foul sewage smell.

Small hotel, clean room. To the old town by taxi 5 GEL and 5 minutes.

A railroad station was located next to the hotel. The balcony was a wonderful addition to the room❤

I liked it.

Spent my New Year's Eve at a hotel in a great location, just a few minutes' walk from the city center. Clean and comfortable rooms that offer stunning city views from the balcony. the homemade breakfast was delicious with local dishes that added flavor to the experience.

The bathroom lacked a jet for the WC, which was a bit disappointing. the noise from the underground trains caused constant vibrations that could be felt throughout the hotel.

I had a great value for my money at this hotel. The room was exactly as shown in the pictures and the breakfast was plentiful and varied each day. The location was convenient, close to the Old Town and the metro, and the staff treated me with great hospitality. I had a wonderful stay at this hotel.

This hotel offers great value for money with its affordable prices and attention to detail. The location is perfect, being very near to all the tourist spots in the city centre, and close to the metro station. The staff is friendly and provides excellent service. The rooms are equipped with basic amenities and some even have a balcony with AC. The breakfast is included and they even offer extra coffee.

No aspects that need improvement, everything was satisfactory.

I had a fantastic experience at this hotel! First of all, the location was superb. It was nestled in a quiet neighborhood, yet still very accessible to all the major attractions. The metro station was just a short walk away, making it easy to explore the city. Additionally, the old town and its charming sights were within walking distance.

All in all, my stay at this hotel was exceptional, with no major issues to complain about.
